What was once a large aspect of my life, is but a fleeting past-time now.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been a gamer. From the Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup game I first played on my families computer, to my love for MMO's, in more specifically games such as Final Fantasy XIV and Elite Dangerous.

However, for quite some time now. Gaming just does not scratch that itch anymore...

I feel lonely while playing. I get bored easily, and I just do not really "enjoy" the experience.

Maybe it is time to take an extended break from gaming? Or maybe I need to step back and find out what games I will enjoy playing again.
