Morning Routines

So, I have a morning routine that I attempt to follow on a daily basis.

Morning Routine

  • Wake Up
  • Start Electric Kettle
  • Brush Teeth
  • Make Tea
  • Stretch
  • Breathing (Whim Hof Method)
  • Read for a half-hour
  • Start work

However, if anything happens that disrupts my morning routine, I get rather upset and I feel like my day is starting out as a disaster.

Am I the only one who feels this way? Or does anyone else have the same feeling?

It is definitely something that I need to work on.
