I have been playing Final Fantasy XIV since it launched it's beta for the A Realm Reborn relaunch of the game.

Since the launch of the game, I have been a part of numerous Free Companies. For those who play other MMORPG's, a Free Company is essentially a "Guild."

However, even though I have been a part of a large number of Free Companies, I have never found one that felt "right."

Each Free Company I joined, I always ended up leaving them, as I either felt out of place or felt like just another number to help them be the "largest" free company on our server.

I ended up getting sick of feeling out of place or feeling like just a number, so I decided that I would start my own Free Company.

Starting a Free Company

Crimson Horizon was born on November 23rd, 2022. It is my attempt at creating a Free Company that I would enjoy being a part of, and hopefully, a place that others would want to be a part of.

I am unsure what path I want to go with the Free Company, but for now, I would like to grow it to between 30-50 people. I want it to become a community of gamers that enjoy the game and want to help each other.
